 Opinions and other informations:

Psicotropía means "mind place". With their music they try to transport the listener to an intense and artistic sonic ambience. Their approach to music is complex: composition, rhytmic and melodic resources (measures, jazz scales, improvisation, ...) and spectacles on stage including theater, image, aesthetics, etc. Their influences are bands like King Crimson, Yes, Zappa, jazz, clasical, vanguard... (de la propia banda)

Apart from their own discography, Psicotropia has participated with two tracks in the record "Una Música de Cine Español, vol. 2", a compilation of spanish movie soundtracks premiered along 2004. Among them "Muertos Comunes" is found, directed by Norberto Ramos del Val (ex-keyboardist of Abando) for whom Psicotropia recorded the soundtrack. (José M. Iñesta)
