The Soulbreaker Company, de Gasteiz, se marcaron en el 2010 uno de esos
grandes trabajos de retro rock progresivo del panorama español.
Músicos de procedencia hard-rockera a lo Bigelf o Atomic
Rooster entre otros se transforman en rock progresivo a lo Black Mountain o
Bigelf. Disco grabado en los estudios Foel de Gales y producido por Dave
Anderson, miembro de Amon Düül II y Hawkwind entre otros. Destaca
"Colours Of The Fire" con su parecido a Back Mountain y el tema inicial
"It's Dirty" es el tema que aglutina todo lo mejor de este disco:
psicodelia, Hard rock, Space rock con continuos cambios, energía y
una más que extraordinaria combinación de guitarra y teclados
con la voz quebrada de Jony.

The Soulbreaker Company, from Gasteiz, marked in 2010 one of those great
works of progressive retro rock of the Spanish scene. They are musicians
from previous hard-rocker origins, like Bigelf or Atomic Rooster among
others, transformed into progressive rock, like Black Mountain or Bigelf.
It was recorded at Foel Studios in Wales and produced by Dave Anderson,
member of Amon Düül II and Hawkwind among others. Highlights
"Colours Of The Fire" with its resemblance to Back Mountain and the opening
track "It's Dirty" is the song that brings together all the best of this
album: psychedelia, hard rock, space rock with continuous changes, energy
and a more than extraordinary combination of guitar and keyboards with the
broken voice of Jony.
