The Catalan Black Mountain. The duo formed by Eva Muntada (keyboards, organ, Mellotron and vocals) and Xavi Sandoval (bass, guitar) perform their particular mix of surrounding-sound Space rock psychedelic a la Gong, Druid or Popol Vuh, passages of relaxing, mysterious and dreamlike atmospheres in the pure krautrock style that also remind in the mystical to Goblin. Progressive rock in the song "The Chariot" a la Caravan, folk in the song "The Battle of Evermore" a la The Pentangle, Hindu with the sitar in "The Hierophanty", canterbury in the song “The Emperor” a la Steve Hillage. In short, a more than surprising novelty and can't wait for the second part of Tarot to come out.
